Once you have joined our team, we implement a range of activities begin to analyse, inspect, and monitor your network.  Once fully inspected we begin upgrading, updating and generally maintaining all your equipment, so that they perform to the optimal, and they are at their most secure.  Then we check your network daily to make sure it stays that way.
Service Portal App
The service portal app is the link from your business to the IT services that Universal Support provides.  This is your window into what services are provide, why they are provided and how.   The Free Trial of this app gives you the opportunity to test out how Universal Support can change your business for the better, without obligation.
Each of your staff will have their own individual access to the app, for no additional cost.  This means that everyone will have access to the same information, day and night.  Your staff will have access to see their personal tickets, and be able to view and utilise the Training, Events & Alerts Centre.
You will also have the ability to assign users to "Admin" status.  Admin users are able to add training, events and alerts for all user to view.
