What devices do you support?
We support all devices connected to your network. This includes mobile phones, tablets, printers, switches, workstations, laptops, servers, firewalls, NAS appliances, dictation machines, typewriters, label printers, coffee machines, and any other device that is connected to your network.
What is your normal response time?
Our normal response time is "same day response". If you make a request, we will respond within a day, although mostly its on the same day. Urgent calls are dealt with immediately.

Yes. We sell all major hardware and software. Your Account Manager will provide you with all the normal sales functions.
Do you install hardware or software?
Yes. We install all the hardware and software that we sell.

Can we transfer our Office 365 licensing to you?
Yes. We have a full licensing program that supports all subscription software, including Office 365.
Can you renew our antivirus software?
Yes. We have a full licensing program that supports all renewable software, including antivirus software.
What type of network do you support?
We support all types of networks including peer-to-peer, server, muti-server and multi-site.
